Return Policy

Hannadees LLC will gladly accept returns for items that are in new and resalable condition within 15 days from the date of purchase and must include the sales receipt.  The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt.  Items must be purchased from HorganHarness.com.  Items not purchased from HorganHarness.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

We recommend carefully trying on your new Horgan Harness indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.

Returns

  • Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from dirt and hair and in resalable condition. 
    • Be certain that the item was purchased within the last 15 days. 
    • Be certain that the item was purchased from HorganHarness.com.
    • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 
  • Please send back items that are in resalable condition to the address below:

    • We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
  • Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice #.
  • An email notification will be sent upon the credit being provided to the card.  You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranty/Guarantee

Hannadees LLC guarantees our Horgan Harness at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year.  If you experience a problem with our product please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase.  This does not include chewing or abuse.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 48 hours. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

The shipping address that is entered for the order must receive US Mail.  Please be sure to include all necessary information including an apt or unit # or PO Box.                                                                                       

  International Shipping

Please note that Hannadees LLC is not responsible for any additional Duties, Fees or Taxes that may be incurred with International Shipments. A handling fee for international purchases will be added to the shipping cost.

Refused Shipments

Once an order has been sent from Hannadees LLC, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
